Lido Festival 2025

Lido Festival 2025

LIDO Festival, a new addition to London's summer calendar, will take place across two weekends in June 2025 at Victoria Park's historic Lido Field, featuring headliners including Massive Attack, Jamie xx, Charli xcx, and London Grammar alongside community-driven activities and a strong emphasis on sustainability.

Massive Attack Battery-Powered Show
Massive Attack will make history at LIDO Festival with London's first 100% battery-powered festival performance on June 6, 2025.
This groundbreaking show continues the band's ACT 1.5 decarbonisation initiative, which they pioneered in Bristol last year to reduce carbon emissions and local air pollution. Robert Del Naja of Massive Attack emphasized that this fusion of "art and science" demonstrates how creative solutions can address environmental challenges, with the technology setting "a gold standard for environmentally conscious outdoor concerts."

The performance will feature Massive Attack's acclaimed audiovisual spectacle created in collaboration with United Visual Artists and documentarian Adam Curtis. Supporting acts include French electronic duo Air, Yasiin Bey & The Alchemist's project FORENSICS, and singer-songwriter Tirzah, with more artists to be announced. This show marks Massive Attack's first London festival appearance in nine years and represents a significant step in AEG's broader adoption of sustainability principles across their European festivals.

Charli xcx's Brat Takeover
Charli xcx will bring her "Party Girl" takeover to LIDO Festival on June 14, 2025, extending the cultural phenomenon of "Brat summer" into another year. Not only headlining but also curating the entire day, Charli has assembled an impressive lineup featuring many of her collaborators, including A.G. Cook, Bladee, The Dare, and The Japanese House. Recently announced additions to the bill include Gesaffelstein, Jodie Harsh, Magdalena Bay, and Yseult.

This performance marks Charli's first UK festival headline appearance following her chart-topping album "Brat" and will be her biggest show to date. Festival-goers can choose from various ticket options, including VIP Garden access with dedicated entry lanes, exclusive bars, premium food options, and enhanced facilities. For the ultimate experience, VIP Garden + VIP Pit tickets offer access to a special standing viewing area for Main Stage performances, ensuring fans get the full "party girl" experience that has defined Charli's recent cultural impact.

The Floor by Jamie xx
Jamie xx is bringing his innovative club concept "The Floor" to LIDO Festival, expanding on his successful series of events that have garnered significant attention in London's electronic music scene. In May 2024, he performed at London's Venue MOT for a three-hour "salute to the underground" and collaborated with Caribou for a back-to-back DJ set as part of the "In Waves Radio Presents: The Floor" series. These events showcase Jamie xx's talent for creating immersive dance experiences that will undoubtedly translate to his LIDO Festival performance.

Festival attendees can expect to hear tracks from Jamie xx's recent releases, including the club-ready "Baddy On The Floor" featuring Honey Dijon, which has become a staple in his sets. His performances typically blend electronic music genres with surprising selections that keep dancers engaged for hours, as evidenced by his recent three-hour, 42-song DJ mix recorded in London. The Floor concept promises to be a highlight of LIDO Festival's electronic music offerings, bringing Jamie xx's distinctive curatorial vision to Victoria Park.
