The location was convenience to get around
Room was OK. To get to the elevator with heavy luggages was a challenge as you have to go down a few steps. Thanks for the helping hands from the hotel staff
Hotel with good public transport connections, very friendly staff
The reception staff were very welcoming, and the doorman was attentive and courteous. We were able to move into our rooms as early as 12:00. The hotel is located near Paddington Station, with good Underground access. The rooms were a bit cramped, but clean, pleasantly warm and very well equipped.

Great location for my muslim friends
Great location! Just turn right you’ll arrive at Paddington Station. A lot of halal restaurant! An excellent location with very clean, well-maintained facilities and genuinely friendly staff. The Wi-Fi was reliable, while the bathroom and hot water were both very good.

Abdul was absolutely lovely and provided an excellent service from start to finish. He was friendly, professional, and incredibly helpful throughout.
