Excellent Hotel
Super clean, staff was extremely friendly and caring, location is good as its central London and just adjacent to train station. The heating system and lift were working properly. All consumables in the room and washroom were of good quality.

We have stayed at the Mercure London Paddington many times. Its proximity to the station where the Heathrow Express arrives makes it very attractive and the rooms are fine. Well positioned for a short or long stay in London.

Great service from Claudio, very accommodating and helpful when we arrived and leaving the hotel. When we checked in zack and Abdul both were very nice.
