Best hotel in London
Best hotel in London. All the staff are amazing and so pleasant to deal with. The location is perfect you have the underground and the trains less than 2 mins from the hotel , the area has loads of restaurants and little shops too. We can’t wait to come back and stay here.I hope you realise how much of an amazing team you have they are all a credit to the hotel. A special mention to the Lady on reception and the house keeping manager who looked after us with an early check in on arrival we were so grateful as we arrived quite early

Great Paddington Hotel
The Paddington Mercure is located within a 100 m walk from Paddington Station and the Express train from Heathrow. Its staff are very welcioming. I was upgraded and had a very comfortable, although small by Asian standards, hotel room. The bed was very nice and the shower with rain forest head, was nicely luxurious. My stay was only for one night and was without breakfast due to early meetings. I have stayed before and always use it as a welcome point on arrival from Heathrow into the City.
