Very conveniently located hotel with extremely friendly staff. Claudio the doorman was especially helpful, getting our very heavy bags up and down the stairs, and Hajar and Zak were great on the door. Would definitely recommend to anyone needing a place to stay in Paddington. The station is just round the corner, and there are plenty of great restaurants and bars nearby.

The location is excellent, with the express train to the airport and the subway station right next door, just a short walk away. The hotel service is excellent, especially Mr. Abdul and Mr. Claudio

Great stay! The hotel is right next to Paddington station which was perfect. The service was FANTASTIC, big highlight to Claudiu, Abdul, Hipsia that made a difference in our stay. The staff was very kind and helpful, would definitely stay again!

Any shortcomings from this hotel are more than made up for by the impeccable service and kindness exhibited by the hotel staff. You should always respect a business that gives its staff the freedom to be friendly, we had only known them a few minutes and Nipsia upgraded our room booking for no additional fee without request. Abdul, Zakaria and Hajar were all brilliantly social and Claudio wasted no time helping us with our bags. I would give a 6 star review if I could.

This hotel has been amazing! Everyone is so kind and thoughtful. The rooms are very comfortable and cozy. Abdul and Claudio have been especially kind. They represent the hotel in such a positive light. They have made my expirence more enjoyable with their friendly faces.
