Great location helpul staff
Lovely Hotel in beautiful Paddington, literal steps from Paddington station. We were given a free room upgrade upon checking in and the room was lovely very clean and quiet. Staff were very friendly and responded all our needs especially Abdul.

My second stay at this hotel and it represents superb value and great location, right next door to Paddington Station. The room was more than comfortable - huge for London really. The hotel gives thoughtful little touches such as complimentary chocolates and drinks in the room. Overall excellent value and stay. Thanks once again.

The staff at Mercure Paddington is exceptional! I made an arrangement for a parcel to be delivered. The staff manning the booking.com chat was prompt and precise in taking care of the arrangement! I made a call before arrival and the staff answering the call was attentive and friendly to assist me. Throughout my stay the staff was hospitable and welcoming. The facilities: I stayed in the corner double room unit. The room is freshly furnished and cleaned! There are complimentary drinks in the fridge too. ...
Fanistically handy for Paddington. Comfortable place too.
Location is on top of Paddington and is very handy. The room was large, quiet and comfortable. Well equipped. Hotel shares an entrance to the restaurant beneath it. Very handy for breakfast.
