Extremely good care

Abdul and Hajar took extremely good care of me whilst I was staying at the hotel, they ensured I was well looked after and attended to all of my needs and went up and beyond to ensure both myself and the guests felt comfortable and well accommodated to. The atmosphere is lovely and I would definitely recommend this hotel as a place to stay due to its location next to Paddington making it easy for tourists to access many different train lines and make the most of their stay and holiday.

Manager at receiption Abdu was very kind. He solve all misunderstanding with reservation. The Breakfast was wonderful.

We loved the front door gentlemen. I loved my room it was really small but it felt like London, which made it fun! I also really liked that everything in the fridge was complementary and that it was restocked every night.

We stayed for a night. Very friendly and helpful staff. Location is right next to Paddington station. Room is a bit cosy, but very well equipped. Will definitely stay here again.

Good location and easy access to high street and travel around. Staff are friendly and helpful. Rooms are clean and comfortable with the facilities. Worth the money.

Great location, very close to the station and nearby facilities. The reception team was very friendly and helpful — special thanks to Zakaria and Abdul for their excellent support. The room was very nice and comfortable. Would definitely stay again.

Room was small but cosy and comfortable. Staff were very friendly and always said 'welcome back' when returning into the hotel. The facilities in the bedroom were very good. I felt comfortable and was enough room for 2 people, especially whilst out exploring the area for the majority of the time. Great stay!
