"We made the right choice by choosing this hotel. It's located in front of the station, so there's no stress when arriving from the airport or going out sightseeing. We booked a room with two beds plus a sofa bed for our family of three, but it was spacious enough. The air conditioning was comfortable and the refrigerator worked. We chose the breakfast option, so we enjoyed the English breakfast buffet every morning. The doorman, Claudiv, was friendly and helped us with our luggage. Abdul at the front desk also helped us out when we ran out of body soap in the bathroom. This is a hotel we'd like to stay at again when we go to London."

This hotel is within walking distance of the underground. The staff is friendly, and neat and polite. The rooms are clean and well maintained, everything was also present. I found the beds wonderful. With a nice and good breakfast.

The hotel is very well located
The hotel is very well located, it is practically inside the Paddington tube station, which makes day-to-day life much easier, as this station connects to all lines, has markets and shops and a gallery with bars and restaurants open at night. But the highlight of our experience was the excellent service. All the staff did their best to help us and two of them deserve special mention, the receptionist Isac and the receptionist Claudius. Isac helped me get tickets for the English championship final and was very helpful in directing me to the stadium and other tips. His effort and dedication to help was really nice. The receptionist became my son's best friend, being very friendly and helpful every time we passed by the reception. At the end of our stay, he helped us with our bags to the station. Only good memories. I recommend the hotel without hesitation and I hope that your experience is as good as ours.
Wonderful
Mo in reception was the best. We went for a family reunion for my sister B day and he was really nice to her. Upgraded to a better room and some treats. He was also aware of the rest of the family arrival and made everything quick.
