Needed a room last minute

Train had been cancelled, needed a room last minute. The lady helping me on the desk was brilliant and the room is great, right next to station.

Perfect for a short trip to London. Good customer service, friendly, comfy bed (my boyfriend looked at the pillow brand to buy his own 😂), and excellent location!

The location is perfect. Right beside paddington station, with restaurants everywhere, with lovely little parks and public art around every corner.The staff are wonderful: helpful, friendly and went out of their way to make our stay comfortable. We felt very welcome there.

See above. I was travelling alone with baby. They all made sure they were a solution to any potential problem I could have. Travelling sole with a baby poses significant barriers and limitations. They made sure these dissapeared. Their attitude also gave me an unvaluable peace of mind as I was certain rhat I could rely on them if a problem would arise.
