⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ We had a wonderful family trip staying at Mercure Paddington London and highly recommend this hotel. The location is excellent—right next to Paddington Station—making it very convenient for getting around London, especially with children. The hotel itself is clean, comfortable, and well maintained, and the services were great throughout our stay. A special thank you to Mr. Claudiu, who was extremely polite, responsive, and helpful. He went above and beyond to make sure we felt welcome and had everything we needed, which made our family trip even more enjoyable. Overall, a great hotel with an excellent location and outstanding service. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to others traveling to London.

Staff was very helpful and the doorman was lovely as well helped my husband with his bags. Nothing not to like was really happy with everything

Abdul and colleague were amazing helping us out throughout our stay even got free breakfast thanks again

Did the job, wasn’t a massive hotel room considering we got upgraded but we only stayed for one night. Complimentary drinks in the room which was a delight. Staff were fab as well:)

Good location. Coming from Heathrow on the express train, it's next to Paddington train station. Five min walk is the hotel.

Daily cleaning, the familiar good beds, quiet surroundings, next to Paddington St., many restaurants and pubs nearby. Safe in the room, air conditioning that was easy to operate, huge TV screen with many channels.

Nice cosy and very comfortable room.
