Great location by paddington station. Zack at the front desk was always helpful when I had any question or concerns. Claudiu had a pleasant and welcoming demeanor all day when entering and leaving the hotel.

Located just outside Paddington station. Stag are helpful and friendly. The breakfast was next door in frankie and benny's restaurant. That was a good selection of hot food, cold cuts, cereal, pastries and fruit. Rooms were reasonably sized and contained everything we needed. I would use the mercure again if we were to visit London.
