Great service and location

Excellent service and friendly staff, was a bit early for check-in so they stored my luggage in the meantime without any hassle. The doormen always greeted with a smile and the reception staff was also friendly. Received a free room upgrade and the free drinks and snacks in the room are a nice touch. Location is perfect, only a few steps away from Paddington station. Plenty of choices for breakfast.

Train had been cancelled, needed a room last minute. The lady helping me on the desk was brilliant and the room is great, right next to station.

Perfect for a short trip to London. Good customer service, friendly, comfy bed (my boyfriend looked at the pillow brand to buy his own 😂), and excellent location!
