"The service was great. The reception team were very welcoming, natural, helpful, and we felt valued. The room was clean, compact but well equipped with nearly everything we needed. We both particularly liked the great service we received from Claudiu. He went above and beyond. Abdul was great as well. Can't fault anyone we came in contact with in the hotel. It is very conveniently located, both to the station and transport links into London."

Perfect for my needs. Couldn’t ask for better.

"Quiet hotel despite being in a busy location. Great central location. Comfortable bed and heating options. Complimentary tea/coffee/water/drinks and cookies. Helpful, friendly staff. Adequate breakfast selection. Loved my stay here and would definitely recommend. Hoping to be back."

"It is located next to Paddington Station, so it will be very convenient for train travel. There is a very small and cute mini bar in the room, so I was satisfied that you could enjoy still water and cola for free. There are many different restaurants from all over the world, so you have a lot of choices."

"Very good location, very nice staff with clean room and perfect size for 1 or 2 travelers. I really recommend this hotel for everyone who wants to explore London cause it’s next to Paddington station. You can go straight to LHR or Bigben by subway next to your hotel door."

I was staying at another hotel near Paddington Station for two nights, but it was so good that I wish I had stayed at this hotel for the entire night. I would like to use it again when I come to London.
