Excellent hotel
Excellent hotel and excellent staff. Jasneet in the reception was just amazing, he offered me a free early check in and even gave me free drinks. He was very professional and i loved the experience provided by him.
Brilliant check in experience
Jasneet was very kind and helpful, pleasant staff, smooth check in and they allowed me to check in early. Nice modern hotel in a great location close to the station. I will definitely be rebooking stays in London with Mecure.
Asher is kind and nice hotel
I came here with my friends. Asher Ali Nasir is really kind receptionist who helped me with my bags, he didn’t make me wait and give me early checkin. He is a nice person as he elaborates every detail about hotel and was always there to help. Best place!
Great location @ Paddington
Very good hospitality from Jasneet, the front desk. Very near to Paddington station and lot of restaurants near by. The location is great and impress in the cleanliness since the entrance. There a all day dinning restaurant just next to the hotel so never worried about starvation this trip lol.
Good Stay
Absolutely brilliant stay, Jasneet was very good with us and helped us in check in and storing our bags. Asher was also friendly and this hotel has great staff which should be applauded. The rooms are ok but i will only come again because of the staff

Great hotel very good location. Excellent reception staff. Monique and Jasneet are very helpful and welcoming. Very good fun to talk to . Good area to be in if you like to walk around London and enjoy the sights. All round and good hotel and great value
Jasneet in the Lobby is a gentleman.
I had an absolute blast in this hotel with my wife. The rooms were very nice and my stay was very comfortable. I was offered free drinks while checking in by Jasneet as he signed me up as an Accor member completely free of charge. The owner of the hotel was there as well and I think he is known by Mr. Shah, he was very humble ad kind. Jasneet Singh is an asset to Mercure and I will surely visit again at this hotel because of the treatment received from this gentleman. God Bless.
Excellent customer service and check-in experience
Outstanding check-in experience from Monique and Jasneet. We asked for an alternative room to meet our needs and were immediately offered a choice of three different rooms. Monique and Jasneet were extremely professional, accommodating and listened to our concerns. We selected one of the three rooms which happened to be an upgrade which was great. We have experienced amazing customer service and cannot recommend Monique, Jasneet and the hotel highly enough. We will be back!
Great customer experience
MERCURE hotel was lovely but wanted a twin not a double. Sabrin was so helpful and accommodating and got my friend and I a room at no extra charge at their sister hotel, hotel indigo. Fantastic customer service and experience
