Mind blowing Staff
I went there with my husband and it was brilliant. I have never had a better customer experience in any of the hotels before. Jasneet in the reception was great. I was offered free drinks and it was great. Monique was okay too.
Jasneet and Asher saved my life
The reception staff is great and saved my life. I came early in the morning and I had an injury in a place I wish nowhere gets hurt. Asher Ali and Jasneet singh were so helpful and guided me the way to the hospital which is nearby and offered me a free early check in. Not only this but they also calmed me down mentally and I felt better after talking with them. I will come here for a stay.

I would like to narrate an incident of 15th March 2023. I had landed at Heathrow around 8.30 pm by KLM flight from Amsterdam.On reaching the tube station i came to know there was a tube strike.There was lot of chaos at the Heathrow term 2&3 tube station. I then started calling UBER, local taxi services but to no avail. So i took HEATHROW EXPRESS and reached Paddington within 15 minutes.Then the nightmare began. ...

We stayed here for four days, Asher is a very kind and a gentleman. He gave us a free late checkout and comp drinks too. Asked us about feedback and how it can be made better. Totally worth it of the price I paid and surely recommend to get service from Asher
Good Staff
Came for a Daily Use stay at Mercure London Paddington. I was early but Jasneet in reception helped me with an early check in and offered me Tea and cookies at the lobby. The stay was full of pleasure and hope to come again soon.

Brilliant time spent in London. I wanted a room only for a few hours but nothing was available so Mr. Jasneet Singh in the reception helped me out and I actually bought the room for one night instead of day booking. I also signed up for Accor membership which he offered free of cost and he was amazing. I ordered Room service too and i loved my food. I will come here again.
Lovely Stay
My stay was fabulous. Great rooms, very hygienic, good food at Franky’s and Benny’s and very lovely staff. Jasneet in reception was very kind and helped me store my bags after my checkout which was much appreciated.
Excellent Client service and Hospitality
Customer service is excellent, hospitality is remarkable. Jasneet attended to me and I am sure to come back again and again. Rooms neat, WIFI fast, easy access to train station even with the Tube Strike. 9.5/10 overall

Nice service by Asher
I made a last minute booking. The hotels don’t have the room available due to excessive bookings but Asher at the reception helped me to get a room. He also provided me free upgrade with a complimentary drink voucher. Nice staff!
