Great hotel

Comfortable bed and a god size room for Central London. Right next to Paddington Station. Loads of tech in the room including TV, USB charging, WiFi, fridge, kettle, safe. Nice bathroom and toiletries too. Also I liked the free drinks and snacks

Excellent location for Paddington Station. Great check in from Jasneet. I was on a real tight time limit to get in room, unpack, change and get to a function and Jasneet made it happen. I’ve stayed in a number of other hotels around Paddington and it you want an efficient, clean, good value hotel I would recommend.

Jasneet Singh in reception is soo Good!!

Stayed here for a couple of nights and everything was perfect. Location is very good and Jasneet in reception was very kind and helpful, he is a great person to talk to and an asset to your hotel. I will surely come again

Nothing short of an amazing hotel. Loved the experience from check in till the check out. Jasneet Singh in reception was great and I loved chatting with him. He made my stay more comfortable and I am looking forward to visit again.

All employees were helpful and friendly.

We don't do breakfast. There are a large choice of restaurants nearby where you can choose from varied venus. One restaurant is next to the hotel. There is also a good Lebanese restaurant across the street. There is also McDonald's and Burger King nearby. The employees at the Front Desk were excellent. When we were leaving to return home the employee at the front desk lead us to the Heathrow Express entrance that was a block away.

Best location ok breakfast on return day the luggage was locked and marked at the hotel and directly at the train t the flight

Absolutely great service with Jasneet. The location is really great, just next to Paddington rail station. Close to many restaurants and really convenient. This is the hotel I would like to visit again for my next trip.
