Amazing amazing service by Jasneet, he is a lovely guy and was great talking to him. He upgraded us and took very good care of us and my daughter liked him alot too haha. very good location and nice food also

My stay was great and I had a lot of fun. My stay was even better because of Jasneet Singh in reception as he upgraded us and gave bfk inclusive. He was very nice to us and he is probably the best hotel managers I have ever seen in my life and I have been travelling for 25 years
Great London Hotel
What a great location. Friendly helpful staff. Mr Witek was amazing, so helpful like having a caring uncle on hand. My bathroom has a bath, with shower over and that might not suit everyone. Paddington station so close, as were buses. Nice wee bar.

Welcomed and looked after by Abdul, check in was a breeze and with the Accor voucher he poured a perfect G&T! Abdul made me and my partner feel very welcome and sorted extra bedding that we needed, thanks again and the location is great for visiting London!
Brilliant
Was not sure if I was going to sleep because of trains.but I had a great night's sleep. The bed and pillows were really comfy. The air con worked really well. The staff were super friendly and helpful. All in all a great night sleep and breakfast was really nice.
Nice boutique hotel, near Paddington train station
Nice Hotel, personalized service, great location and comfortable room it was my second time to stay in this hotel while I was in London to attend the WTM, Great location the hotel is surrounded by shops, pubs and many restaurants, you can just reach Oxford street in 10 minutes walking.

Marvelous stay at this cosy hotel. Rooms are compact and the location is the best factor. Jasneet Singh in reception helped me alot with everything and made my stay better. I will solely come back to this hotel because of him.
