Mr Jasneet's service is exemplary and truly remarkable. My friend has forgotten to print a document as a requirement for her Schengen visa. We were in a hurry since her appointment is today. He was so kind, accommodating and helpful to print thus helping. We had a great time in the hotel and he saved my friend with his help and we will never forget the service provided by him.

Mr. JASNEET was very courteous and very patient in helping us. My friend with a dilemma in printing her document for her Schengen Visa. He was very accommodating and kind enough to help us considering that today is my friend's appointment to the embassy and we are in a hurry for her appointment. Hello Team! Thankyou so much for wonderful service through out the stay. We called at reception and this guy named Asher. He guided us being very professional. At our arrival he welcomed us in a very friendly and polite manner. Overall stay was perfect. Jasneet was also there who supported us in every matter. Cheers to both! Will surely come back

We checked in at the last minute to this hotel due to a sudden change of plans (we had booked into a well-known budget hotel round the corner and found that the facilities were extremely unhygienic and unclean). The staff at Mercure London Paddington hotel were absolutely fantastic, especially as we were rather stressed with finding a new hotel on a busy Friday night in London. They actually upgraded us to a sister hotel around the corner (Hyde park) and included some freebies during our stay. This made our stay in London so enjoyable, and it completely saved our trip. I cannot thank Kieran and Jessica at the two Mercure hotels (Paddington and Hyde park), you were absolute legends in our hour of need.

Really friendly, helpful and professional staff! Comfortable place to stay and perfect for the plans I had in London + perfect Paddington location (right next to station!). Had a really enjoyable stay, largely due to the staff making me feel really welcome:)
