Hotel is very nice and perfect. I enjoyed my stay very much and Jasneet In the reception was great and i will come again because of him and tell my friends to come too. Room was nice and everything was good
Amazing service
I visited this hotel on a quick overnight stay as I had to travel the next day. Check in was extremely courteous by Tushin and Ashley. Room small, but ok for 1 night. Complimentary drinks appreciated. Can not comment on the breakfast as I had to leave early. I would stay again when stopping over in London.
Convenient location
Had a room on the 5th floor, it was spotlessly clean. Food in the restaurant attached was very nice. Asher in reception was extremely helpful and friendly. A real gem to have in the hotel. Would be happy to recommend to a friend

Great trip
Jasneet and Monique were wonderful and very helpful. Was able to quickly get my room and on my way. Had a great time. Hope to visit London again in the future. Can't wait to stay at this hotel or other sister hotels soon

Jasneet in reception was amazing
I suddenly had to make a booking because of the train strikes and Jasneet in reception was so nice and helpful to me, he guided me with the routes of trains and he made a booking for me at a very good price. I even signed up to be an Accor member from his suggestion and he was the best. I will surely come back again to this hotel because of the kindness shown by this gentleman.
