Good staff in hotel

Stayed for just a night and my stay was delightful, I enjoyed every bit of it. The area is great and very convenient as it’s close to everything. Jasneet in the reception was very kind and helped me with first aid as I needed a Band aid.

Great hotel, spacious and comfy. 5min walk from Paddington train station. Breakfast was fab at Frankie and Bennys next door too. Pillows comfy and the room was very clean. I would stay here again:)

In general the staff is very friendly. I want to highlight Asher's service, he is very attentive and empathetic with the guests. The location of this hotel is really good, close to everything and you have a thousand options of restaurants.

Jasneet in reception was marvellous

I spent three nights in this hotel in a double bed room and it was nice stay. Jasneet in reception was helpful and very good to talk to, My son and I wanted to click a picture and he help us take pictures as well.

I stayed here for 1 night and I loved it. The rooms were nice, and the location was just perfect, I was offered free drinks in the room and the staff was also very friendly specially Jasneet in reception.

I checked in here and they offered me free upgrade to a bigger room without any charges. It was very big and decorated. Asher from reception offered me this and was very kind through out the stay. He even helped to move my bags and is a true gentleman.

Great experience to solve my discomfort

When we entered in the hotel room, we realized that it was still old and without renovations, which surprised me and my wife, who always stay at the Mercure chain, and we were even arriving from Paris in a great accommodation at the Mercure. We spoke to Asher at the front desk, who was especially helpful in resolving the discomfort. he found a room at the Mercure Hyde Park unit, walking distance from Paddington, managed to transfer our reservation free of charge, gave me great tips for getting to know the city and even a breakfast voucher. Asher's service and Mercure's process in my case made me continue as a loyal customer of the chain.

I am staying for the second time here. My previous experience was mediocre but this time I was hosted at reception by Asher. He is a very smart gentleman and very welcoming. He helped me with everything for stay and loves to make drinks in the bar as well. He is all rounder. Hotel has improved this time according to my expectations!

We traveled from India. Asher at the reception is a really nice human being. He helped us with every single process from checking in to recommending us places to eat. We miss our Indian food so we went for his recommendation and loved that. Always look for this guy if you go to Mercure Paddington Hotel London!
