I give 5 stars for the super service and especially to the hotel manager Sabrina!
We booked for 4 nights. We arrived ti the room and we had a problem in the bathroom. With no hesitation, we were offered to move to a nearby hotel by the same management, Hotel Indigo. We were upgraded to a better, and much bigger room. Sabrina helped us to move all our stuff to the indigo hotel, and compensate us with the breakfast at the near door restaurant. This is called a great and understanding service. We will definitely recommend this hotel to our friends, and will be back soon. Thank you so much!

Good stay. Small room but ok for 1... great breakfast. Most importantly attention to detail by having free coke and orange juice in the room was great for someone who is T1 diabetic! Well done... an ideal hypo treatment 👍

Stayed with friends for a few days while traveling through London. We booked Executive rooms as many reviews say that the other room types are horribly small and we wanted to be comfortable. Room furniture in some parts is dated.
The rooms were very clean and the Nespresso machine is a good touch. All the team we met were friendly and asked how we were or wished us a good day each time we passed reception.
Would definitely recommend.

Great stay, location was right next to Paddington so easy access for the train.

The staff at the hotel were extremely friendly and helpful.I accidentally left some items in the wardrobe which were forwarded to me after an email was sent.
Great location so close to Paddington and easy to get to the London sites via the underground.

Very well located near (adjacent) to the Paddington Railway station. In fact, our room looked down upon the entrance and some construction going on next door. Neither caused any disturbance or noise.
The neighborhood is filled with restaurants and boutiques as well as the station itself. We had no trouble finding our hearts desire during our stay. The tube station is in the railway station which made for quick on and offs and up to our room pronto.
Some reviewers suggest that the rooms are small. Understood. But it did not hamper our experience. The beds were fine and 2 people per room got along fine. I would not hesitate to stay again, especially with front desk personnel like Roxanna who single handedly made the stay worthwhile.

I would like to say thank you to the staff here, Asher and Diamond. I had left my phone on Bolt when I was on my way back to the hotel, so I was really anxious and frustrated. Asher and Diamond had comforted me so patiently and they provided me with several alternatives to contact the Bolt driver. They had shown me their sympathy and tried to understand my feelings. Eventually my phone was recovered. They were really helpful and provided an excellent service! Their service really satisfied me! Thank you very much!

Great service in reception. And very Good location near By train station and metro. Very Easy to come to Airport and go to ExCell exhibition Center.
I will come again As soon As possible

We have stayed at this hotel over many years now. Mainly due to be able to walk in and out of Paddington station for Heathrow express, or now the Elizabeth line( half the price) this of course if either of them are working due to all the strikes when we were just there. Hotel good, restaurant attached. Nothing flash but has always been clean and surprisingly quiet for where it is. We always pay a bit more and get executive room. Staff are very helpful but they did seem to be in a bit of turmoil this time with 4 behind the counter trying to sort things out. Assume this was training someone. Room was not ready for an hour when we arrived but they did give us late checkout which worked better. They used to have a free coffee machine in reception which had broken down when we stayed in May, unfortunately never replaced.
