Great Location. Very comfortable.
The hotel is in a great location for accessing all of the London attractions and getting in and out of London too. The room was very clean and comfortable, if a little on the small side. The staff and, in particular (sorry about the spelling), Chabir were very friendly. I certainly would consider booking this hotel again
Great customer service
Witek graciously offered to let me borrow his personal power adaptor after I shared I was having issues connecting my US-based computer adaptor during my business trip. Witek's was incredibly generous and kind. Loved the service here
Doesn't look promising from the outside but great inside!
The hotel is centrally located just off of Paddington station. I had internal an executive room that was very spacious and well appointed. The staff were all brilliant but Jabril deserves a special mention
Super convenient
Recently we stayed at the Mercure London Paddington Hotel in London. It was super convenient to Paddington Station and the Heathrow Express train which leaves from Paddington. There are several fast food restaurants (McDonalds, Burger King, Subway, etc.) just steps away as well as other restaurants. Garfunkels restaurant is in the same building and can be reached from the lobby. It provides breakfast through dinner at reasonable rates. The room was large by central London standards. The king size bed was very comfortable. The Wi Fi was free and fast

I took a course at mercure paddington london hotel by the british academy for training and development and mr wittek and Gabrial were fantastic with us and helped us alot apecially in the technical side
Business trip
Good location and facilities. Very helpful staff, very friendly. Especially Mr Witek, he was marvelous. Routinely checked to see if we were okay and needed anything else. Could not do anymore to help. A real credit to the hotel
Lovely meeting room facilities for business users
Used this venue for a business meeting - good facilities - good wifi, free tea and coffee and excellent customer service from the lovely Mr Witek who did everything from helping us set up our AV equipment right down to bringing lunch down from the restaurant which meant we didn't even have to leave the hotel for lunch. Highly recommend for small business meetings.

5 Night stay on Business Trip
I had a great stay at the Mercure Paddington leaving Monday 30 Sep. I started in a small double but ended up upgrading to an Exec King room as I needed more space to work. Staff very friendly and room very clean. Was my 2nd stay and will stay again as right next to Paddington station so quick to and from Heathrow. Still waiting for Accor points to land but know it can take a week or 2
Walking distance from Oxford Street and a couple of tube stations away from Nottinghill
I had a very comfortable stay at the hotel just nest to paddington station and close several restaurants. It was also walking distance from Oxford Street and Edgeware road was round the corner.
The staff was very warm and friendly and all made my stay as comfortable as possible. Mr Witek was very helpful and funny and took the trouble of making sure I was a comfortable tourist in London City. I will surely stay next time in this hotel , when I am planning to stay at paddington.
